13001 Component Test Scanner

The Chroma 13001 can perform switch and scan test measurements in combination with LCR Meter (Chroma model 3302/3252/11022/11025), for L, C, R etc, it also offers a function for leakage inductance measurement.
One 13001 can house up to 8 modules. This gives a capacity for up to 320 channels for one A1130007 40 channel module. The user can control the output test circuits through RS-232, GPIB or a USB interface.
